Guarde
From the Proto-Indo-European root *wer- "to watch; keep; guard; notice; heed." A line of vases melding the classic urn and the human form, Guarde forms physically embody a sense of vigilant constancy, perpetual attention, dutiful warding, and shielding from without. Similar to how the proto-root has come to mean both "look at" and "guard" in different languages today, Guarde forms both draw the eye and protect something from it, simultaneously.
