Custom Drip Vase Order Guide
Step 1 - Shape & Size
Start by choosing one of five vase shapes on the custom order shop page.
After choosing a height and clay type, the custom order form opens. Here you can further specify modifications to the size and shape of your vase, along with color and other options.
Step 2 - Clay & Color
I offer 352 unique clay + glaze combinations to choose from, including 4 types of clay, 8 base glazes, and 11 overlay (drip) glazes.

Step 3 - Confirmation
After placing your order and submitting your down payment, watch your inbox for a confirmation email from me directly containing an estimated completion date for your order, along with the outstanding balance and any applicable fees/taxes.
Make sure to respond! I begin making your order when I receive your confirmation via email. When your order is fully made, I’ll reach out with a link to complete payment and arrange pick up (free) or delivery (additional fees).

Once you place a custom-made order, you will receive an email from me directly. After you respond to this email confirming your order and acknowledging the outstanding cost, I begin production. Production time may range from 3-8 weeks, depending on the order size and my current workflow.
I do my best to prioritize all custom-made orders, and hope to fulfIll them in as little time as possible. If your order requires a hard deadline for delivery, please indicate so when placing the initial order.

In the Los Angeles area? Pick up your order for free in either Pasadena or Atwater Village.

If you are unable to pick up your order in person, delivery options to locations within the United States are possible for an additional shipping /handling fee. For those outside the USA, contact me directly to see if international delivery is possible.
